About Your Life Your Choice Care Services

Empowering Your Choice, Every Step of the Way

Your Life Your Choice Care Services (YLYC) is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across the Northern Territory and Melbourne’s South-East. We deliver caring, culturally safe services that help people live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

From everyday support to complex care, we walk beside individuals and families to create tailored solutions that respect culture, identity, and community connection.

YLYC was founded in 2019 with one powerful goal: to close the growing gap in disability support for underrepresented and remote communities.

Our founder has over 18 years’ experience in the care sector and brings a unique perspective shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent and advocate for people with disability.

During three years living and working in remote Northern Territory communities, she saw first-hand the lack of consistent, culturally responsive, and person-centred care — especially for Aboriginal and diverse communities. This inspired a passionate belief: that with respect, the right support, and heart, we can truly change lives.

At YLYC, every person is seen, heard, and valued. We believe everyone deserves the right to choose the life they want — regardless of background, location, or ability.
