NDIS Community Participation Across Melbourne South East, Darwin and the NT Regions

Connecting You with Community, Culture, and New Possibilities

At Your Life Your Choice Care Services, we know that a full, meaningful life doesn’t happen in isolation.

That’s why we offer dedicated Community Participation support through the NDIS, helping participants take part in social, recreational, cultural, and civic life with confidence and purpose.

Whether it’s joining an art group, attending a cultural festival, visiting family, or exploring new hobbies, we provide the one-on-one support and encouragement you need to feel included, capable, and connected.
