NDIS Assist Personal Activities Across Melbourne South East, Darwin and the NT Regions

Personal Care Support, Delivered with Respect and Dignity

At Your Life, Your Choice Care Services, we understand that personal care is about more than daily tasks; it’s about dignity, independence, and feeling secure.

Assist Personal Activities is an NDIS Core Support that provides help with personal care tasks for participants who may not be able to complete them alone due to disability, injury, or age.

Our team offers one-on-one assistance that respects your privacy, cultural identity, and daily routine, helping you stay healthy, independent, and confident at home and in the community.

What Is Assist Personal Activities?

Assist Personal Activities is funded under the NDIS Core Supports budget. It covers personal care provided by trained support workers, either:

This service helps you maintain personal hygiene, complete daily routines, and continue living with dignity and autonomy. It’s suitable for NDIS participants who need physical support, supervision, or prompting to manage daily personal tasks safely and comfortably.
