Support Connection is a short-term service designed to help you get started with your NDIS plan.

Support Connection (Level 1)

If your situation is more complex, Coordination of Supports provides more in-depth assistance.

Please note: Our NT office operates remotely. Services are delivered directly to clients in their homes, in the community, or at our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
