We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2–5 business days and keep you updated as we work through your concern.

What Happens After You Contact Us


When you reach out:

  • We’ll acknowledge your message promptly
  • A senior staff member will follow up
  • We’ll listen carefully and ask questions if needed
  • We’ll act to address the issue fairly and respectfully
  • You’ll be kept informed throughout the process


If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, we’ll support you to escalate the issue to external bodies like the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Need Help Submitting Feedback?


You can ask someone you trust to help you, including:

  • A support person or family member
  • An independent advocate
  • A translator or interpreter
  • One of our YLYC staff members
